Admission, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Admission once taken cannot
be cancelled. If cancelled, original documents will be returned only after full payment of course fees for
the entire course duration.
College Rules
- Students' behaviour and conduct must be proper at all times. Any deviation is subject to the decision of
the College Disciplinary Committee.
- Mobile phones are not permitted in classrooms; a fine will be imposed and the phone confiscated if
brought.
- If attendance falls below 85%, the hall ticket for examinations will not be issued.
- Students failing to report on time will be marked absent for the day.
- Uniform and appearance must remain formal and presentable.
- Students must behave courteously with staff, faculty, and the Principal.
- Any damage to college property or hospital equipment must be compensated by the responsible student.
- Original documents must be submitted to the college office within the specified timeframe after admission.
- Smoking, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited on campus.
- Recording or photographing without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
- Aprons are mandatory during clinical and hospital sessions. Cleanliness must be maintained throughout the
campus.
- Assignments and clinical records must be submitted within the stipulated time.
Consequences of Rule Violations
- First violation: verbal or written warning.
- Parent or guardian will be informed.
- Serious or repeated misconduct may result in suspension or expulsion.
